We are providing fairly priced accommodation for solo travellers which starts with room only choices (currently £50 per night) and has added costs for breakfast options, heating etc. We are in a prime location to welcome independent individuals looking for a quiet, private, en-suite room with bonus amenities such as fridge, desk, free wifi etc. There is also flexible access to the dining room for microwave and toaster use. There is also, very conveniently situated, shops and a laundrette at the end of the road.
Long stays are welcomed and prices can be discussed via email.
We are operating on an online, email or text only method of booking and enquiry handling. This reduces mistakes, misunderstandings and makes booking more efficient. We also operate a minimal contact experience at the property (ideal for introverts) For a relaxed and peaceful stay for our guests and also due to health reasons, we appreciate your understanding.

We have noticed that solo travellers and people looking to find budget accommodation for work purposes in the area tend to get penalised with prices for their stay in the chain establishments, especially during peak tourist seasons.
We thought that this was unfair so have decided that we would be able to offer comprehensive, no frills, homely stays at fair prices.

We have Five, en suite rooms, for single occupancy only. All rooms are equipped with a fridge and have coffee and tea making facilities and freeview tv.
We offer a range of packages to suit your needs, to include or exclude breakfast and other requirements.
All rooms have access to microwave use.
